Experienced Associate Dentist

Two established Houston-area private practices, are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist for a 4-5 day hybrid position with strong earning opportunity and long-term growth potential.

This role is best suited for a confident clinician who is comfortable managing a full schedule, diagnosing comprehensively, and operating in a performance-based compensation model.

Non-DSO environment. Collection based compensation with 90 days of daily guarantee.

Practice Environment

• 4-5 clinical days per week
• Hybrid schedule between two established locations
• PPO and Medicaid/Medicare mix
• Established patient flow

• Trained support staff
• Efficient scheduling

Compensation

Collections-Based (Marginal – Calculated Separately Per Location):

• ⁠ ⁠30% up to $50,000
• ⁠ ⁠31% from $50,000–$75,000
• ⁠ ⁠32% above $75,000
• Paid monthly on collected revenue. No production cap. Transparent reporting.

3-Month Guarantee:

• $750 per clinical day (paid as greater of guarantee or production)

Projected Earnings (Based on Monthly Collections)

• ⁠ ⁠$70,000/month → approx. $21,000/month
• ⁠ ⁠$85,000/month → approx. $25,000/month
• ⁠ ⁠$100,000/month → approx. $30,000/month
• Compensation reflects individual productivity and case acceptance.

Additional Flat Bonus (Based on combined monthly collections at our two locations)

• $100,000 or less combined monthly collections -$0
• $100,001-$120,000 combined monthly collections - $400
• $121,001-$140,000 combined monthly collections - $500

• $140,001 combined monthly collections - $750

Requirement

• DDS/DMD from accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Texas license
• MUST be willing to work on Saturdays (non-negotiable)
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable with restorative dentistry and extractions
• Molar endo and surgical experience preferred
• Able to provide recent production history upon request
