Dental Assistant
Job Description
Great opportunity in a friendly dental office for a dental assistant position. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, friendly, computer-literate, and possesses excellent people skills.
The right candidate is very comfortable speaking with patients and creating a comfortable and caring environment for them. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and dental hygienist to provide quality dental care to our patients. Your role will involve assisting with various dental procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment.
FULL TIME Monday - Thursday 7:40am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take dental x-rays
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
