Job Summary
Rogers Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and motivated Implant Dental Assistant / EFDA to join our dental team in Anderson, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with implant procedures and be a licensed Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can provide exceptional chairside support and ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during implant surgeries and other dental procedures Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment Take and process dental radiographs as needed Provide patient education and post-operative care instructions Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Perform expanded functions as permitted by state law and licensure Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures Coordinate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and care quality Qualifications Current EFDA license or certification in the state of Ohio Proven experience assisting with dental implant procedures required Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and sterilization techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment CPR certification is preferred How to Apply
