Registered Dental Assistant

Elite Smiles is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing private dental practice. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a modern dental environment, and is eager to continue learning and growing professionally.

Our office focuses on high-quality comprehensive dentistry including general dentistry, implants, cosmetics, crowns, extractions, Invisalign, and restorative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Assist with general dentistry procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, implants, and cosmetic treatment
• Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (bitewings, panoramic, and periapical)
• Prepare and break down operatories efficiently between patients
• Maintain patient flow and support an efficient schedule
• Perform coronal polishing, fluoride application, and other expanded duties as permitted
• Ensure patient comfort through excellent communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• 2 years of prior RDA experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
