Experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant (Part-Time and/or Full-Time)
Madison Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and energetic Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys working with children and families and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Schedule
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays
- 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Madison Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned specialty practice dedicated to providing outstanding dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Responsibilities
- Assist the pediatric dentist during restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
- Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide chairside support while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Educate parents and patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for pediatric patients
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and team members to provide exceptional care
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year of pediatric dental assisting experience required
- Private practice experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and terminology
- Experience working with children of all ages and varying behavioral needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
