Experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant (Part-Time and/or Full-Time)

Madison Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and energetic Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys working with children and families and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Schedule

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays
• 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Madison Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned specialty practice dedicated to providing outstanding dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Responsibilities

• Assist the pediatric dentist during restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide chairside support while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Educate parents and patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for pediatric patients
• Collaborate effectively with doctors and team members to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of pediatric dental assisting experience required
• Private practice experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working with children of all ages and varying behavioral needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
