Job Summary

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Konikoff Family Dentistry – Brambleton, you will provide preventive and therapeutic care to a diverse patient base in a patient centered environment. You will have the clinical tools, team support, and flexibility to do your best work each day.

What You Will Do

• Deliver prophylaxis and preventive care for pediatric and adult patients
• Assess, plan, and deliver great care for periodontically involved patients
• Perform soft tissue assessments and oral cancer screenings on each patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment needs
• Communicate treatment recommendations clearly and confidently
• Accurately chart and maintain patient records using practice management software
• Collaborate with the patient care team to deliver a seamless patient experience

Who You Are

• Actively Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar practice management software
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, self-starter, genuine team player
