Registered Dental Hygienist – Full-Time | $50-$55/hr + $7,500 Bonus

Job Summary

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Konikoff Family Dentistry – Granby, you will provide exceptional preventive and therapeutic care to a diverse patient base of all ages in a warm, community focused practice. You will have the clinical tools, team support, and consistency to build meaningful patient relationships, and do your best work each day.

What You Will Do

• Deliver prophylaxis and preventive care for pediatric and adult patients
• Perform soft tissue assessments and oral cancer screenings on each patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive habits, and treatment options in plain language
• Document care accurately using practice management software
• Partner with the dental team to create a comfortable patient experience

Who You Are

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar practice management software
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, self-starter, genuine team player
• Organized and detail oriented with a consistent, dependable work style
