Who You Are You’re the kind of ortho assistant who can take a great scan, make a nervous patient laugh, and explain a treatment plan without breaking a sweat. You know your way around expanders, records, and bonding appointments and you’re not afraid to talk money with kindness and confidence. Basically, you’re a unicorn who can do both sides of ortho: clinical and consult.

What You’ll Be Doing Assisting chairside during ortho procedures (expanders, records, bonding/debonding, etc.) Creating and presenting smile-changing treatment plans Confidently walking patients through financial options Keeping the schedule flowing and the vibes positive Taking stellar photos, records, and digital scans Working with a team that genuinely has each other’s backs (low drama, high trust) Pitching in occasionally with general dentistry when needed. We all team players here!

What We’re Looking For 2+ years orthodontic assisting experience (bonus if you can do a power chain and make it look easy) A people person who’s comfortable discussing treatment and finances Attention to detail that would make your leader proud Experience with scanners, imaging, and digital records (we love our tech) A positive, professional attitude with a sense of humor
