🚀 What You'll Be Doing

As our Lead Dental Assistant, you are the backbone of our clinical operations. You will be the right hand of Dr. Ku, the go-to person for the clinical team, and a key player in delivering the exceptional patient experience we are known for. Your day-to-day will include:

•Chairside assisting with a wide range of procedures, including cosmetic, restorative, implant, laser, and sedation dentistry. [1]

•Leading, mentoring, and supporting the dental assistant team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality clinical operations.

•Preparing and breaking down operatories, maintaining sterilization protocols, and ensuring all instruments and equipment are ready to go.

•Taking and reviewing X-rays (digital), impressions, and other clinical records.

•Serving as a confident communicator between Dr. Ku, the front office team, and patients — keeping everyone informed and at ease.

•Helping onboard and train new clinical team members.

•Proactively identifying ways to improve clinical workflows and patient experience.

📋 What We Are Looking For

We want someone who brings both skill and heart to the role. Here is what the ideal candidate looks like:

Requirement Details: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience; leadership or lead experience strongly preferred. Certifications: Up-to-date CPR certification required. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credentials. X-Ray Certification:Current dental radiography certification required. Technical Skills:Experience with a broad range of procedures (cosmetic, restorative, implants, sedation, laser) is a major advantage. Leadership:Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and support a clinical team. Attitude:Positive, professional, team-first mentality with a genuine passion for patient care.
