The Role

We’re hiring a Front Office Coordinator to be the control tower of our practice. You’ll be the first voice patients hear and the one who keeps the day running smoothly. From scheduling and financials to patient communication and team coordination- your work ensures great experiences from the first call to checkout.

Position: Full-Time, On-Site

Location: 6287 Taylorsville Rd, Fisherville, KY 40023

Pay: $18–$24/hr based on experience

Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do ✅ Fill and shape the schedule to minimize gaps and no-shows ✅ Confirm appointments and manage reminders with precision ✅ Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly ✅ Coordinate insurance, co-pays, and financing options ✅ Partner with providers to balance hygiene and doctor schedules ✅ Handle emergencies and last-minute changes with calm confidence

Who You Are

1+ year experience in dental or medical scheduling preferred Clear, confident communicator—warm on the phone, professional in person Comfortable with Dentrix Ascend or similar software Detail-driven, HIPAA-aware, and steady under pressure Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
