Job Description

Requirements and duties include but are not limited to the below:
• Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to promptly
• Strong verbal, written and dental communication skills
• Confirm appointments and recall patients
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
• Know basic math and handling money
• Verify insurance and present dental treatment plans to patients
• Non-smoker, professional appearance
• Be friendly, outgoing, and a great team worker
• Be extremely organized, detail oriented, and be able to multitask
• Must be able to answer multiple telephone lines
• Capable of checking in and checking out patients, collections and payments
• Following up with outstanding insurance claims and dispute claims
Position available immediately. We offer very competitive hourly pay; compensation will be based on experience. Benefits: paid holiday, vacation, 401-k, bonuses.
Location: East Plano, Texas. Working Hours: Mon: 9-1; Tues: 9-6; Wed: 9–6; Thurs: 9–6; Friday: 9-6; Sat: 9–4 (one Saturday per month)
