We are a privately owned dental practice providing quality general and pediatric dental care in a friendly and caring environment. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator who enjoys helping people, loves working as part of a team, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Our office feels like family, and we are looking for someone who will become an important part of that family for years to come.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude • Self motivated, dependable, and organized • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help patients • Experience with insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, financial arrangements, billing, and collections • Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with patients • Eaglesoft experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office setting

Office Schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday: Closed 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturday of each month: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
