Magnolia Dental Studio is seeking an experienced general dentist to lead clinical care in a newly refreshed, modern practice environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident provider who values autonomy, enjoys building patient relationships, and is motivated by strong earning potential within a growth-oriented setting.
Our practice is fully supported by resources, technology, and marketing to ensure a steady patient flow. The incoming dentist will step into a leadership role with the ability to shape the clinical culture, patient experience, and long-term success of the office.
Position Overview
Sole provider model with clinical independence 6 operatories (2 hygiene, 4 operative) in a newly renovated space State-of-the-art technology, including CBCT and PrimeScan Supported by 1 to 2 dental assistants and 1 hygienist

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated and experienced provider who thrives in an independent setting and is excited to help build and grow a thriving practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong clinical judgment and confidence practicing solo A leadership mindset with the ability to guide and motivate a small team Entrepreneurial drive with interest in growing a patient base Excellent communication skills and a focus on patient trust and education Exposure to implants, clear aligners, and same-day dentistry preferred Adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to practice growth
Compensation
Daily rate starts at $850, 32% of net production, Practice-paid lab fees
