Associate Dentist

Located near the popular Farmers’ Market in the heart of downtown, our practice offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and access to major destinations. Enjoy the beauty of Livermore Valley wine country while being within easy reach of San Francisco and the Sierra mountains.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected earnings: $164,000–$200,000+
• $900/day guarantee for the first 4–6 months (8-hour day)
• Compensation based on 30% of production minus 25% of lab bill
• In-office Continuing Education opportunities through our official company CE program
• Medical insurance for employee + dependents with 80% of premiums covered
• Retirement savings through California CalSavers
• PTO available after 1 year:
• Starts with 3 days
• Unused days roll over

Schedule

• Open to both full-time and part-time candidates
• Flexible scheduling available to some extent
• Practice hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The practice is seeking additional coverage as the owner doctor begins cutting back clinical hours, creating an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate to grow into a long-term role.

Clinical Scope

Associates will have the opportunity to perform:

• Crowns
• Restorative dentistry
• Implant restorations
• Composite resins
• Some extractions
• Potential future aligner treatment

We are especially interested in someone who is:

• Comfortable performing hygiene when needed
• Preventive-oriented in their treatment philosophy
• Focused on patient communication and compassionate care
• Collaborative with both the clinical team and specialists

Technology

Our office utilizes:

• Digital X-rays
• Electronic Health Records
• Digital scanning for restorative procedures

Mentorship & Growth

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and newer graduates seeking guidance and development. The owner doctor brings over 30 years of experience in both dentistry and business and provides ongoing informal mentorship and peer support.

There is also a future partnership/purchase opportunity for the right long-term fit.
