Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. This position is 25-30 hours a week to start, and will transition to 30-36 hours per week as the practice continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused dental assistant with a strong clinical background and a passion for creating an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Minimum 3-5 years of dental assisting experience Comfortable with intra-oral scanning and digital dentistry workflows Experience with Open Dental software preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced environment Team-player mentality with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities Assist doctors during a wide range of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency Capture radiographs and digital records Perform intra-oral scans and assist with digital workflows Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards Assist front desk with patient communication Support a positive and collaborative team culture
