Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Take radiographs and other diagnostic records
- Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout treatment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Support the team in achieving daily goals and providing excellent patient care
- Contribute to a positive, productive office culture
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Current RDA certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional appearance and demeanor
