Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Take radiographs and other diagnostic records
• Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Support the team in achieving daily goals and providing excellent patient care
• Contribute to a positive, productive office culture

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Current RDA certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional appearance and demeanor
