We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Hygiene Coordinator to become an integral part of our family-focused dental office. Our practice specializes in general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic procedures, implants, and treatment for sleep apnea. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment.
As a Front Office Hygiene Coordinator. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential. You will handle scheduling, manage patient records using Eaglesoft software, and assist patients with their insurance inquiries. A MINIMUM of 2 years of experience in a dental office is required, as well as proficiency in dental insurance processes.
Our team consists of three caring doctors and highly skilled staff that collaborate to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. We offer a pleasant work environment, with scheduled one-hour lunch break. Office Hours: Mon. - Wed. 8 am - 5 pm, Thur. 7:30 am - 4:30 pm & Fri. 8 am- 12 pm
