Brident Dental and Orthodontics is hiring a full-time General Dentist in McAllen, TX 78504. This role is based at our McAllen practice on N 10th St and may be a good fit for dentists living in or near Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, or the broader Rio Grande Valley.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality general dentistry with a patient-first approach
• Build trust with patients and guide them through treatment options
• Collaborate closely with clinical and front office team members
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records

What You’ll Bring:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Texas dental license or eligibility
• DEA license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to clinical growth and continuing education

Compensation: This role offers a $175,000 base, competitive daily compensation, production bonus opportunity, sign-on bonus, malpractice coverage, lab fee coverage, benefits, and CE support.

Location: This is an in-person General Dentist role at Brident Dental and Orthodontics, located at 7501 N 10th St, McAllen, TX 78504. The practice is in McAllen and may be a good fit for dentists living in Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, or nearby Rio Grande Valley communities.
