Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our practice. In this role, you will deliver exceptional preventive care, conduct oral health assessments, and educate patients on maintaining optimal oral hygiene. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal assessments
• Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state guidelines
• Educate patients on proper home-care techniques and oral health
• Maintain precise dental charting and electronic patient records

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License (RDH)
• Local Anesthesia license (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, periodontal health, and aseptic techniques
• Familiarity with dental charting and high-tech equipment (e.g., iTero scanners)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a gentle clinical approach
• Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations
