We're Hiring! Dental Treatment Coordinator – Southlake, TX
100 Dental Southlake, a busy, family-focused dental office, is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team! The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and genuinely enjoys helping patients move forward with their dental care. They take pride in their work, maintain a high level of professionalism, and are prepared to make an immediate impact as a valued member of our team.
What we're looking for: • Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a dental office (required) • Excellent attendance and reliability – someone who shows up consistently and can be counted on • Maintains a polished, professional appearance that reflects the high standards of our practice. Because you are often the first and last person patients interact with, professional presentation is a necessity in this position • Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance estimates, and financial arrangements, including comprehensive treatment such as Invisalign, implant dentistry, crowns, bridges, and other restorative and cosmetic procedures • Highly proficient with numbers and financial discussions, including treatment fees, insurance estimates, payment collection, and presenting financial options accurately and confidently • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor that helps patients feel welcomed and reassured • Excellent phone etiquette and confidence handling patient conversations • Strong memory and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Quick learner who can adapt easily to office systems and protocols • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed • Able to work independently with minimal training and supervision
Responsibilities include: • Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients • Verifying insurance benefits when necessary and preparing accurate estimates • Scheduling treatment efficiently and helping maintain productive schedules • Following up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment needs • Collecting payments and reviewing financing options • Answering phones and assisting patients with questions and concerns • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
