About the Role

This role is built around preventive care, patient education, and long-term patient relationships in a well-supported, technology-forward setting. You'll work with general dentists, an in-house periodontist, and three fellow hygienists, with a front-desk team dedicated to keeping your schedule full across 8 operatories equipped with digital X-rays, iTero, CBCT, and an in-house 3D printer. What You'll Do

Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing Take and review digital radiographs and intraoral scans Complete perio charting and accurate clinical documentation Educate patients on home care and support treatment acceptance Support doctors during exams and hand off recommended treatment clearly

What You'll Bring

Active Illinois RDH license and current CPR/BLS certification Warm, patient-centered chairside manner Thorough skills in perio charting, radiographs, and documentation Team-first mindset with focus on recare and schedule continuity Local anesthesia certification and iTero experience are a plus
