Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Bowie, MD Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: Hourly Rate: $60/hour Annualized Compensation: Approximately $124,800/year based on full-time schedule. Additional Earnings: Bonus structure in place allowing hygienists to earn well above the base hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry. Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures. Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings Take and interpret dental radiographs. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Maryland. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
