Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time Join Our Passionate, Patient-Centered Team!
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Orthodontic Assistant/Patient Coordinator to join our fast-paced orthodontic practice. You’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting our clinical team.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow treatment plans as prescribed by one doctor and a 4-person chairside team
- Provide superior, professional orthodontic care with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Explain procedures, overcome objections, and provide a trusting and caring attitude
- Work with a dedicated team of professionals
- Seeking a motivated, adaptable, and patient-focused team member. This unique position is designed for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and is excited to be cross-trained in all aspects of orthodontic care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- X-Ray Certification (Required)
- Commonwealth of MA Dental Assisting License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Schedule:
- Full-time (8-hour shifts)
- Work across multiple office locations
