Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time Join Our Passionate, Patient-Centered Team!

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Orthodontic Assistant/Patient Coordinator to join our fast-paced orthodontic practice. You’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting our clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow treatment plans as prescribed by one doctor and a 4-person chairside team
• Provide superior, professional orthodontic care with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Explain procedures, overcome objections, and provide a trusting and caring attitude
• Work with a dedicated team of professionals
• Seeking a motivated, adaptable, and patient-focused team member. This unique position is designed for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and is excited to be cross-trained in all aspects of orthodontic care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• X-Ray Certification (Required)
• Commonwealth of MA Dental Assisting License (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Schedule:

• Full-time (8-hour shifts)
• Work across multiple office locations

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
