Dental Hygienist

Green Valley Dental is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and delivering high-quality care while helping patients maintain excellent oral health.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance procedures.
• Take and review dental radiographs.
• Assess patients' oral health and document findings.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist in providing comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience
• 401(k) retirement plan after 6 months
• Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months
• Paid holidays after 6 months

Schedule

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM

No Nights or Weekends

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
