What You'll Do
As our RDH, you will provide top-tier preventive care and education while ensuring our patients feel safe and welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, exams, and periodontal screenings.
- Take accurate digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Maintain meticulous patient charts and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Strictly adhere to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of dental hygiene experience (Required).
- Licensure: Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and CPR certification.
- Skills: Strong communication, a gentle clinical touch, and proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred).
- Mindset: Friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient comfort and education.
