Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist (RDH) | $60–$68/Hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Monday–Thursday

Complete Dental Care, a locally owned private dental practice in Spokane, is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established team.

This is an opportunity to step into an established hygiene schedule at a stable, patient-focused practice that has proudly served Spokane since 2007.

What You’ll Love About This Position:

• $60–$68 per hour, based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 60 days and $2,500 after 12 months)
• Relocation assistance available for candidates moving to Spokane from outside the area, up to $5,000
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No Fridays and no weekends
• One patient at a time — no double booking
• One-hour hygiene appointments for existing patients
• 90-minute appointments for new patients
• No accelerated assisted hygiene model

You will not be rushed through double-booked appointments or expected to work in an accelerated hygiene model.

Our office provides comprehensive care including restorative dentistry, implants, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontal care, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, CEREC, sleep apnea treatment, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform patient assessments, cleanings, radiographs, and periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Eaglesoft
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide an excellent patient experience
• Follow all clinical, sterilization, HIPAA, and infection-control standards

Qualifications

• Active Washington Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Comfortable using dental software; Eaglesoft experience is helpful but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
