Lawrenceville Dental Associates is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, and enjoys working alongside a collaborative dental team.
Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene instructions Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Manage operatory setup and breakdown efficiently Assist with inventory management and ordering clinical supplies
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required Current Expanded Duites Dental Assistant certification required Experience with digital imaging and electronic dental records Strong communication and patient service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
