Deliver high-quality dental care to children, adolescents, and young adults Educate patients and families on oral health and preventive care Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws Provide preventive and restorative treatments Maintain accurate patient records and interpret diagnostic imaging Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient experiences What We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited program Pediatric Dentistry residency or strong hands-on experience treating pediatric patients Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist (preferred, if applicable) Active Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain) A compassionate, patient-first approach to care Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking clinical autonomy, strong support, and a positive team culture—all within a schedule that allows you to enjoy life outside of work.
