Responsibilities: Maintain a welcoming, caring, and soothing demeanor toward patients and team members Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-operative care Perform hygiene procedures while focusing on exceptional patient care Record vital signs and medical/dental histories Chart accurately in patient records Maintain sharpened instruments and organized clinical workflows Maintain a safe and clean working environment Collaborate closely with doctors and team members Help create an exceptional patient experience Support a positive and growth-focused office culture

Technology & Office Environment: Digital Dentistry AI Xray Detection Technology CBCT iTero Scanner Nomad Low Radiation X Rays Modern Digital Workflow BPA and BisGMA Free Dental Fillings Implant and Cosmetic Focus Open Dental Software

Typical Schedule: 3 days per week Saturdays are half-days (8am–2pm) Opportunity for additional days 8-hour shifts

Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license required Minimum 2 years of dental hygienist experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for patient care and education Experience with digital dentistry is a plus
