Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our state of the art laser dental practice.

available days are Mondays 9-4, Tuesdays 10-6, Thursdays 10-6 and Fridays 8-2. You can apply for any of these available days.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and is willing to learn and grow with the practice. This role is essential in providing high-quality dental hygiene services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining infection control standards. Familiarity with Eaglesoft and Biolase is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect to our patients is very important. This is a very friendly and personalized practice.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques during procedures. Document patient information accurately in the dental software systems. Collaborate with dentist and other team members to ensure optimal patient care Requirements. Join our team and contribute to creating a positive impact on our patients' oral health!

What is reqired: Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. Experience with dental office procedures and patient care. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Ability to take vital signs and recognize any abnormalities that may require further attention. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
