Gentle Touch Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is hiring a Dental Hygienist for our Wilmington-area practice, easily commutable from Newark, DE 19711. This is a strong opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys working with kids, wants a four-day schedule, and is looking for a supportive team environment.

About the Role You'll deliver preventive hygiene care to pediatric patients in a practice built around a positive, family-friendly experience. The team is collaborative, the equipment is modern, and the schedule is consistent week to week.

What You'll Do

• Perform cleanings, fluoride, sealants, and preventive treatments for pediatric patients
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Educate patients and parents on home care and long-term oral health
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
• Partner with the dentist and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

What You'll Bring

• Active Delaware Dental Hygiene license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Comfort and patience working with children
• Strong communication skills with patients and families

Compensation $45-$55 per hour based on experience, plus production bonus and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Full benefits package included.
