WHO WE ARE At City View Dental Studio, we believe dentistry should be about the whole person, not just their teeth. Dr. Laura A. Snyder, DDS built this practice on the belief that patients deserve to feel genuinely cared for, and that meaningful dentistry goes well beyond the cleaning appointment. We are an integrative, patient-centered practice offering cosmetic dentistry, skin rejuvenation, preventative care, and comprehensive general dentistry. We use advanced digital imaging and diagnostics, and we invest in the clinical training to use them well. Dr. Snyder holds advanced credentials from Spear® Education. We are not a volume practice. We listen first, treat with purpose, and take time to know our patients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO As our RDH, you will be a genuine partner in patient care, not just a cleaning appointment. You will have real time with each patient, the autonomy to practice at the top of your license, and a team that supports you in doing it well.

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care with a preventative, whole-patient focus • Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness • Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and develop individualized care plans • Partner with Dr. Snyder on treatment coordination and patient follow-through • Use advanced digital imaging and diagnostics as part of a thorough appointment • Build lasting relationships with patients who come back year after year • Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Active RDH license in the state of New Mexico • Genuine passion for patient education and whole-health dentistry • Warm, unhurried chairside manner with strong communication skills • Interest in integrative or whole-health dentistry (experience is a plus, not required) • Local anesthesia and laser training preferred
