Pediatric Dental Front Office

Smiles For Kids Pediatric Dentistry is hiring for a front desk administrative assistant. We are a private pediatric dental office located in the heart of Memorial, Houston.

We're Looking For:

• A friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
• Previous dental office experience required
• Experience with Curve Dental software preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, insurance, and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to confidently answer patient questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive office culture
• Proficiency with office administration tasks, including: -Scanning, copying, faxing, and managing patient records -Sending and receiving emails -Coordinating referrals and communication with orthodontists, oral surgeons, pediatricians, and other specialists -Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with treatment coordination

Position Responsibilities: = Greet patients and families and create a welcoming experience = Answer phones and assist families with scheduling, treatment questions, and office policies = Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently = Manage office communications, including emails, referrals, and correspondence with specialists and medical providers = Maintain accurate patient records and documentation = Assist with treatment coordination, insurance verification, financial discussions, and payment processing = Support the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
