Associate General Dentist – Willow Park, TX

W Dental Willow Park is looking for an Associate General Dentist to join our growing practice!

We are a busy, well-established PPO/private practice with a loyal patient base, modern technology, and an exceptional all-female team. Our office is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry in a positive, supportive environment.

We're looking for a motivated doctor who enjoys staying productive, providing excellent patient care, and building lasting relationships with patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with an established practice while maintaining autonomy and having mentorship available when desired. This opportunity is great for someone who is local to the area.

Position Details

• 3–4 days per week (willing to negotiate and make things work for the right candidate)
• Established patient base with consistent production opportunities
• Strong hygiene program generating restorative treatment

• Modern, technology-driven practice featuring CBCT, iTero digital scanning, and digital radiography

Comprehensive Dentistry: Our doctors provide a wide range of procedures, including:

• Fillings
• Crowns & bridges
• Extractions
• Dentures
• Invisalign
• Implant dentistry (experience is a plus but not required)

Our Ideal Candidate

• Licensed to practice dentistry in Texas
• Lives in or near the Willow Park, Aledo, or Weatherford area (preferred)
• Efficient and comfortable managing a productive schedule while delivering exceptional care
• Strong communicator with excellent chairside manner
• Team-oriented, positive, and eager to contribute to our collaborative culture
• Interested in long-term growth with the practice
