$700.00 to $1,200.00 per Day or 30% of Collection which ever is higher.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our long term dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in general dentistry, oral surgery, and advanced dental procedures. This role involves delivering high-quality dental care, managing patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
- Conduct dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. (Dream-Dentistry L.L.C. will mentor you to the expected level of competency.)
- Utilize dental imaging tools and medical records systems to document patient information accurately.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their oral health needs and goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and current healthcare diagnosis practices.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws to protect patient confidentiality.
- Use dental office management software such as Open Dental & Dexis, for diagnosis & treatment planning as well as patient record keeping. (Training is provided)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
Skills
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures with experience in oral surgery.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to dental practice.
- Experience with dental fabrication techniques and endodontic procedures such as root canal therapy.
- Familiarity with dental imaging technology and infection control standards.
- Ability to perform dental extractions effectively while maintaining patient comfort.
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards and medical records management.
- Experience working with dental practice management software.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.
