What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver general dentistry with a patient-first approach
• Build trust with patients and guide them through treatment options
• Collaborate closely with clinical and front office team members
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records

What You'll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Texas dental license or eligibility
• Active DEA registration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to clinical growth and continuing education

Compensation $185,000 annual base salary with daily guarantee and production bonus opportunity. paid malpractice, paid lab fees, CE support, full benefits, and 401(k).

Schedule Tuesday through Friday full-time.
