Registered Dental Hygienist – Full-Time | $50-$55/hr + $5,000 Bonus

Job summary

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Foxridge Dental, you'll spend three days per week delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care in one of Middleton's most established and highly rated practices, with one day per week supporting the team at Complete Family Dentistry in Monona. With a consistent 4-day schedule, a team that genuinely supports one another, and the variety of working across two friendly practice environments, this is a role designed for an RDH who wants clinical variety.

What you'll do

Deliver thorough dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and preventive care for patients of all ages

Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and treatment for involved patients

Take and interpret dental radiographs accurately

Complete comprehensive soft tissue and oral cancer screenings on every patient

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive habits, and treatment options in plain language

Document accurately in patient records using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software

Contribute to a calm, welcoming environment

Who you are

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin (required)

Current CPR/BLS certification

Warm, patient-centered communicator who helps patients feel at ease

Adaptable and organized

Dependable team player who shows up and lifts the people around them
