We're a modern, growing dental practice in Franklin, TN looking for an exceptional hygienist to join our team. We believe in providing outstanding patient care while creating an environment where our team enjoys coming to work every day.
Our office focuses on comprehensive dentistry, dental implants, sedation, digital technology, and long-term patient relationships. We participate with only three PPO insurance plans, with the majority of our practice being fee-for-service or out-of-network, allowing us to spend more time educating patients, building relationships, and delivering exceptional care.
We believe great dentistry starts with education, trust, and relationships—not rushing patients through appointments. Our hygiene appointments are typically 60–120 minutes, giving you the time to build relationships, thoroughly educate patients, and provide the level of care you can truly be proud of. Our hygienists are empowered to practice at the top of their license and play a vital role in comprehensive patient care.

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
Your Role Matters
At our practice, hygienists are much more than clinicians—they are trusted educators and advocates for our patients.
You'll play a vital role in helping patients understand their oral health through digital photography, radiographs, and CBCT imaging. Your ability to educate patients and build trust directly impacts their health, treatment decisions, and overall experience.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care for patients of all ages
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and dental cleanings
- Capture diagnostic images, including CBCT scans, digital radiographs, and intraoral photographs
- Use intraoral photography and radiographs to educate patients and improve treatment acceptance
- Accurately document patient records and treatment notes
- Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Help maintain an efficient, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds an active Dental Hygienist license
