Pediatric Dental Assistant

Cross Creek Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our friendly and energetic team in Katy/Fulshear!

We’re seeking someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with children, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While experience is a plus, we’re happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Requirements: • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification or working towards RDA Certification • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • A caring, patient-focused demeanor

Preferred (but not required): • Ability to take dental X-rays • Experience with either Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental software • Experience assisting in hygiene areas or setting up/breaking down operatories

Primary Responsibilities: • Assist during dental exams with the Dentist and cleanings with the Hygienist • Prepare and seat patients for appointments • Charting and maintaining accurate records • Sterilize and organize instruments and supplies • Work alongside our team in both hygiene and operative areas • Help maintain patient flow and a clean, efficient work environment

Schedule: • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • No weekends!
