Job Title: Traveling Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (DFW Area)
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Traveling between multiple partner practices)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (Flexible Scheduling Available)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing network of dental practices throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This is a traveling position, offering the opportunity to work across multiple modern, well-established offices with strong patient demand and supportive clinical teams.
This role is ideal for a surgeon who values flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to focus on surgical care without the administrative burden of managing a practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including:
- Wisdom teeth extractions
- Dental implants and bone grafting
- Full arch restorations (All-on-4/All-on-X)
- IV sedation and general anesthesia
- Pathology and corrective jaw procedures (as needed)
- Travel between assigned office locations within the DFW area
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Provide exceptional patient care and education before and after procedures
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board-certified or board-eligible (preferred)
- ACLS/BLS/PALS certification (as applicable)
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to travel between multiple locations within DFW
