Registered Dental Hygienist

We built this role for clinicians who are done feeling like a cog in a scheduling machine. Here, you'll be a true partner in patient care: weighing in on treatment discussions, taking on advanced clinical responsibilities, and working alongside doctors who actually want your perspective.

What You'll Step Into

• A four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday), roughly 31–32 clinical hours

Pay

• Base pay of $58–$70/hour
• Commission on top, scaled to your skill, efficiency, and clinical contribution

• Preventive and restorative care
• Implants and full-mouth reconstruction
• IV sedation
• Botox and dermal fillers
• Sleep and airway therapy for both kids and adults

Day-to-Day

• Provide thorough hygiene care from screening to periodontal assessment
• Guide patients through oral and whole-health education
• Partner with doctors on treatment plans
• Assist with more complex clinical cases
• Keep clinical records precise and current
• Follow all infection control standards
