The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

High school diploma with GPA of 3.0 or higher

Radiology Certification

CPR Certification (Preferred)

EDDA Certification (Preferred)

Minimum of 2 years of experience with dental assisting

Affinity and passion for healthy, nontoxic living

Good communicator

Positive thinker

True collaborator

Customer service and patient relations experience. Quick response/accurate data entry.

Highly organized, punctual, neat, professional, and trustworthy

Accurate, honest, has integrity; someone who is DETAIL ORIENTED and has an ability to always see room for improvement within one’s own performance.

A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements (office will constantly strive for improved customer care/service).

Conflict resolution experience. We like to get along and we have some great patients and team. We are looking for someone who can spot a potential problem and resolve it before it becomes an issue.

Ready and available professional references from previous employers and coworkers to affirm your ultimate integrity and ethical standards.
