Job Title: Temporary Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Location: Brick, NJ Job Type: Part Time Maternity Leave Coverage, with potential to transition to permanent role. Start date: July 21, 2026 Hours: Tuesday: 9am-6pm, Wednesday: 9am-3pm, Thursday: 8:15pm-5pm

We are a thriving, patient-focused dental practice located in Brick, NJ, dedicated to providing exceptional oral care and a comfortable environment for our community.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to cover a planned maternity leave for one of our beloved team members. While this position is initially designed as a temporary leave replacement, our practice is growing rapidly, and there is a strong possibility this position will become a permanent, full-time or part-time role for the right candidate once the leave concludes.

Key Responsibilities: -Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including scaling, root planing, and polishing. -Take high-quality diagnostic radiographs (X-rays). -Assess patients' periodontal health and document conditions. -Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques. -Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance standards. -Provide a comfortable, welcoming, and anxiety-free experience for every patient.

Qualifications: -Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist (RDH) License. -Current CPR/BLS certification. -Local Anesthesia Certification preferred. -Proficiency with modern dental software (e.g., Open Dental) and digital X-rays. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
