We are searching for a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant to join our team. A friendly, patient and empathetic demeanor is critical for working effectively with children, including those who may have dental anxiety. Must be reliable, organized, and capable of working collaboratively. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and paid time off. Responsibilities for this position include: prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment for our young patients. Provide chairside assistance during various pediatric dental procedures, anticipate the dentist's needs, and handle dental instruments with precision and care. Take and develop x-rays as necessary. Instruct patients and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques tailored to children's needs. Maintain accurate patient records.
