Scheduling Coordinator Dental Front Office
Job Description
ONE year Dental front desk experience required
Are you the kind of person who can juggle calls, paperwork, patient greetings, and insurance verifications without breaking a sweat or your smile? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same (and that’s just the morning)? If yes, we’d love to meet you!
At Crosspointe Dental, Orthodontics & Sleep Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering the Best Care in the Dental Chair, and that starts at the front desk with you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Masterfully schedule and confirm patient appointments (aka dental Tetris) Greet every patient like they’re your favorite cousin Answer phones like a pro (no robots here!) Verify dental insurance with ninja-like precision Present treatment plans and financial info with clarity and confidence Keep things flowing smoothly even when it feels like a circus (spoiler: it sometimes does) What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office role Someone who actually enjoys insurance verification (you unicorn) A multitasker who’s kind, fast, and accurate - all at once A calm, confident communicator who can build trust with patients A team player who brings positivity, professionalism, and maybe the occasional office meme What We Offer:
A supportive, drama-free team Growth opportunities (we love promoting from within) Competitive pay based on experience Dental care perks and the warm fuzzies that come from helping people
Why You'll Love Working Here • 4-day work week — enjoy more time for family, hobbies, and life outside the office. • Competitive PTO package with 80 hours of paid time off available after 90 days of employment. • Paid holidays to relax, recharge, and spend time with those who matter most. • Comprehensive dental benefits for you and your immediate family members. • 401(k) retirement plan to help you invest in your future. • Production-based incentive opportunities that reward your contributions to the practice's success. • Clear opportunities for advancement and leadership development as our practice continues to grow. • Continuing education and professional development paid for by the practice because we believe in investing in our team. • Scrubs provided so you can focus on caring for patients, not your wardrobe. • A fun, supportive work environment where teamwork, positivity, and laughter are encouraged. • Office birthday lunch celebrations because milestones deserve to be celebrated. • Fresh coffee available daily to help power you through busy mornings. • A diverse, multicultural team that values different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while building a long-term career, not just holding a job.
If you’re ready to join a team that values excellence and personality, send us your resume and a quick note about what makes you awesome at multitasking!
