As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an Associate Dentist who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and building meaningful, long-term relationships. What We Offer
-Guaranteed salary of $1,000 per day for your first 4–6 months while you establish your patient base -Competitive long-term compensation with excellent earning potential -$3,000 annual Continuing Education (CE) allowance -$5,000 relocation assistance -Four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) -Modern technology and a highly skilled clinical team -Established patient base with consistent new patient flow -A collaborative, mentorship-focused environment in a successful private practice

Clinical Qualifications
-DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school -Active Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain one) -Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry -Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to quality patient care -One to two years of clinical experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply -Experience with dental implants and Invisalign is a plus, but not required -A desire to continue expanding clinical skills through ongoing education
