Arlington Dental Building is a privately owned dental practice that has proudly served the Arlington community for over 80 years. We are looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team.

Unlike large corporate practices, we are a small, family-oriented office where our team members are truly valued, our patients are known by name, and quality care comes first. We are looking for a hygienist who wants more than just a job - someone who is looking for a long-term home with a supportive team and a loyal patient base.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Someone who enjoys educating patients and building relationships Reliable team player who takes pride in their work

Responsibilities:

Provide preventive hygiene care including prophies and periodontal therapy as needed Perform periodontal charting Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations Collaborate with the doctor during patient exams Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

We offer flexible scheduling and are open to both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: Closed Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation & Benefits:
