We are a well-established, single-doctor, general dental practice in the South Fayette area serving Fayetteville, Peachtree City, and Senoia. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and patient-focused Office Manager & Treatment/Financial Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our growing dental practice. This individual will play a vital leadership role by ensuring exceptional patient service, maintaining efficient office operations, maximizing collections, and overseeing administrative and financial functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of dental insurance, treatment presentation, and financial arrangements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice Supervise the front office Maintain an efficient and welcoming patient experience Develop and implement office policies and procedures Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately Ensure compliance with HIPPA
Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Coordination: Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Obtain necessary pre-authorizations and pre-determinations Estimate patient responsibility
Treatment & Financial Coordination: Present comprehensive treatment plans to patient Clearly explain recommended treatment, insurance benefits, and estimated out-of-pocket costs Discuss financing options and establish payment arrangements Monitor treatment acceptance and follow up on unscheduled treatment
Collections: Manage patient receivables and outstanding balances Generate and review aging reports
Financial Administration: Track employee hours and vacation time Call in payroll information to payroll company Assist with monthly financial/production reporting Coordinate with practice owner and accounting team as needed Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
Desired Experience and Skills: Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements Proficiency with dental practice management software Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude
