Dental Assistant

All Star Family Dental is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice! We are seeking a team player with a minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working with both children and adults. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong experience in General Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry
• Orthodontic experience is a plus
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during general and pediatric dental procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories
• Take quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Manage lab cases and clinical supplies
• Educate patients on treatment and home care
• Help maintain an efficient clinical schedule
• Support the team in delivering outstanding patient care
