Licensed Dental Hygienist

The Periodontal Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive care in a patient-focused environment. We are a privately owned practice with offices in Hudson and Woodbury. We are seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our team. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, we're flexible and happy to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. (Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends).

Responsibilities include:

• Perform thorough periodontal assessments and screenings
• Conduct scaling and root planing procedures to treat gum disease
• Administer local anesthesia and provide pain management as needed
• Educate patients on the importance of periodontal health and proper oral hygiene techniques
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop customized periodontal treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Build lasting relationships patients through compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications:

• Valid MN/WI Dental Hygienist license
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygienist program
• Proficiency in periodontal assessment techniques and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication skills and patient education skills
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The Periodontal Center offers a competitive salary (commensurate with experience) and benefits package. Pay increases are based on merit and industry benchmarks. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30-4:30, and Fridays, 7:30-4:00.
